In HomeKit you are not able to control the Scenes within the Lutron App so you would need to "Add Scenes" here to control with Siri Voice Control.
In the Home App at the home screen you can select + and the the options in the picture below will appear. Section (3): Adding Scenes and Adding People Open the Apple Home App and you now should be able to see and control your Lutron devices from there. Select Ok when hub has been added to confirm integration.
